Experience full race-style workouts to refine pacing and transitions between running and exercises. A blend of running and all the different workout stations, similar to a race without it being a Hyrox Simulation. This class usually lasts 65 minutes.
This weekly class is programmed by coach Laura Saldaña. Hyrox 2024 World Championship finalist, who has always risen to the podium in all Hyrox México competitions. Sessions include combinations of hybrid workouts combining Engine, Foundational, and Power.
